The customer received perfectly good stools. We asked him to send us one of his stools so we can see what he's talking about but he wouldn't do that. He disputed the credit card charges twice and lost. His stools are assembled perfectly and he's enjoying them.

This company is the worst I have ever done business with. From the lies of shipping dates to damaged shipments to cheap material sent from China, re-wrapped "custom" seats, off center drilled holes that do not match the brackets, missing parts and hardware...

Too many details to display, however, Rachel is a fraud. She deleted portions of emails and information when submitting a dispute for charge back. We have retained a lawyer and will spend far more than the cost of the stools, but it is the principal alone that we are after.

This company should not be in business and Rachel should be fired! Absolutely appalled at the lies and fraud they have committed.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor quality and lack of customer service, Docs altered by rachel and lies made up.
