We're sorry you feel this way but your products were damaged in shipping which is beyond our control. We were waiting for a copy of your signed bill of lading so we can get reimbursed by the shipping company. As soon as we got it we replaced the chairs immediately.

Bought 130 chairs for my new Mexican place in Chicago - when the truck arrived the chairs were so messed up that I wanted to refuse the all thing. I called and spoke with Bonnie - she instructed me to accept the chairs and that she will help me replace them later on.

Ohhh, what a mistake - I started unpacking and noticed half of them were so scratched up, like USED furniture.

I spent $10,000 with them and they are NOT willing to replace the chairs. I already contacted American Express and told them not to pay anything before they make this right.

Don't buy from them.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $10000.
